- Undertake detailed hydrological analyses including rainfall-runoff modeling, flood frequency analysis, catchment yield assessments, and water balance studies
- Develop, calibrate, and validate hydrological and hydraulic models using industry-standard software and methodologies
- Provide technical input to the design of dams, drainage systems, flood protection works, water supply schemes, and transport infrastructure
- Ensure all hydrological studies comply with national regulations, international guidelines, and client requirements
- Prepare high-quality technical reports, drawings, and supporting documentation for submission to clients and regulatory authorities
- Review and quality-assure hydrological deliverables produced by junior staff and project teams

- Have experience leading technical studies and managing project deliverables
- Own problems end-to-end and are willing to pick up whatever knowledge you're missing to get the job done.
- Have a humble attitude, an eagerness to help your colleagues, and a desire to do whatever it takes to make the team succeed
- Are an effective, high throughput operator who can drive multiple concurrent projects and prioritize ruthlessly.
