Eng. John William Byaruhanga is a shareholder of PEC. He is a Corporate Member of the Uganda Institution of Professional Engineers and a Registered Engineer with the Engineers Registration Board of Uganda. Eng. John William Byaruhanga has over seven (17) years of civil engineering experience that has included highway design and construction supervision. He has effectively performed the roles of Project Manager/ Resident Engineer, Senior Measurement Engineer, Highway Design Engineer, and Project Engineer.
John’s experience includes the following:
-Highway Design (geometric and pavement designs).
-Supervision of major highway construction projects.
-Taking off quantities and preparation of Bills of Quantities.
-Measurement of executed works.
-Feasibility studies.
