Eng. Kwesiga Emmy Kuriigamba

Mr. Kwesiga, who graduated from University in 1999, is a shareholder and is a CADD/Highway Design Engineer at PEC. Mr. Kwesiga has specialist knowledge in the use of computer application techniques in the design of highway schemes, analysis of Topographical and Engineering Surveys including extensive use of AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MICROPISTE French highway design software and the MX Roads Highway Design Software packages. Mr. Kwesiga is a qualified Civil Engineer/Surveyor, and holds a B. Eng in Civil and Building Engineering and a Bsc. in Surveying. He has specialized and gained wide experience in the field of Highway Engineering planning, design, tender documentation and Construction Supervision; Engineering Surveys, & Computer Aided Design and Mapping, where he has worked for over 14years on different schemes/projects and achieved expertise in his duties.
His key experience includes the following:
– Planning, design and tender documentation of major Highway schemes.
– Construction Supervision of major highway projects.
– Engineering surveys including establishment of GPS control stations, detailed Surveying, and development of digital terrain models.
– Control of setting out activities on major highway construction projects.
– Topographical surveys and digital mapping.
– Extensive use of different highway mapping and design software packages
