Engineering Supervision of Construction Works for Rwebisengo-Kanara Phase-1 (Aug 2017 -Jun 2020)
The Project comprised of two independent water schemes in two different areas of Uganda; Rwebisengo-Kanara and Lukalu-Kabasanda. The assignment was to provide engineering services for supervision of construction works and transfer of knowledge to client staff.

Design Review and Supervision of Construction Works for Kanyampanga Gravity Flow Water Scheme (Jul 2012 – Aug 2017)
Kanyampanga Gravity Flow Scheme covers 5 sub-counties (Kihihi, Kanyantorogo, Nyamirama and Mukono) of Kanungu district found in Western Uganda. The works consist of sources works, 7 reservoirs with total capacity of 560m3, several break-pressure tanks, 220 Km of pipeline (transmission and primary distribution network) and over 1,000 connections. The assignment involved undertaking design review and construction supervision.

Construction Supervision Of Rehabilitation Of Selected National Roads: Nakalama-Tirinyi-Mbale Road (102KM) (May 2015 – Nov 2016)
This involved road condition evaluation, design of interventions, partial reconstruction of failed sections and an asphalt overlay on the entire road, reconstruction of failed shoulders, provision of bus bays and ancillary works.

Consultancy Services For Continuation Of Supervision Of Staged Reconstruction Of Lots D&E : Tororo-Mbale (June 2013 – Jan 2016)
The project involved the development of different options for the dual design (including options for accessing the frontage businesses, pedestrian facilities, drainage, traffic flow from the various access roads) and preparation of the options report.
