The project involved the feasibility study, detailed engineering design and tender assistance for the capacity improvement of Kampala – Jinja road (72km approx).In the course of the study, alternative new alignments were investigated.

The project involved re-designing of Makerere Hill Road and 13 no. junctions: redesign of Nakalongo Primary Drainage channel as well as preparation of new designs for Kira road.

The project involved detailed design and Construction Supervision of Road Upgrading for 6 road links from gravel to bitumen standard as well as design of signalized Junction Improvement Works on 7 selected junctions in Kampala City.

Construction Supervision Of Jinja-Kamuli Road Periodic Maintenance Works (Jan 2011 – Apr 2016)
Supervision of the construction works of the approximately 58km of an originally double surface treated Jinja -Kamuli road in Eastern Uganda, involving reprocessing and modification of the existing surfacing and base with crashed stone to existing surfacing.

Construction Supervision Of Rehabilitation Of Selected National Roads: Nakalama-Tirinyi-Mbale Road (102KM) (May 2015 – Nov 2016)
This involved road condition evaluation, design of interventions, partial reconstruction of failed sections and an asphalt overlay on the entire road, reconstruction of failed shoulders, provision of bus bays and ancillary works.

Consultancy Services For Continuation Of Supervision Of Staged Reconstruction Of Lots D&E : Tororo-Mbale (June 2013 – Jan 2016)
The project involved the development of different options for the dual design (including options for accessing the frontage businesses, pedestrian facilities, drainage, traffic flow from the various access roads) and preparation of the options report.

Construction Supervision Of The Design And Build Contract For Strengthening Of Nakasero Roads In Kampala (Dec 2012 – 2014)
The project involved the Supervision of the reconstruction works on approximately 5.45km of city roads with a mechanically modified sub-base, crushed stone base, asphalt surfacing, drainage works, street lighting and ancillary works.
